My story

I started as a Pilates instructor mastering control, alignment, and connection. I was precise but not strong. I needed more muscle to heal from past injuries and so I became a personal trainer and started to build real strength. I became pain free and powerful. It became my purpose in life to get women strong. KIMKILLMYCORE was born. A method where Pilates meets strength training and movement becomes transformative. A blend that’s given my clients real strength and physical results. My passion is in creating movement that is fun and effective. The dream is for KKMC to be that platform that regulates mind, body and keeps you soulful.
